LLC “Pipesystem” production base includes: casting department for manufacturing of cast iron, steel and non-ferrous metals; the depatment of metals mechanichal treatment with a big range of machines, including carousel, horisontal boring, turning, milling, grooving, tooth-cutting etc., the department of metals thermal treatment, casting sections, engineering department. The staff includes about 50 qualified specialists.

The specific non-standard equipment and spare parts for it are manufactured according to the drawings and technical documentation of the customer.

If the customer does not have technical documentation due to the age or uniqueness of the equipment, subjected for modernization or replacement, we suggest to solve this problem by reverse engineering.

Pipeline valves are manufactured according to the own Technical Specifications and engineering documentation in complete accordance with the domestic and international standards.

Pipeline valves can be manufactured with any type of the drive.

The main parts of pipeline valves can be produced from different materials (cast iron, carbon and stainless steel, etc) by casting, welding, forging.

Upon request from the customer we perform modernization of pipeline valves standard models with changes in construction length, sealing materials etc.
