Welded steel gate valves are manufactured with nominal diameter Dn150 – Dn1500 mm and nominal pressure Pn0,1 – Pn2,5 MPa.

Gate valves are used as a shut-off device on pipelines, which transport water, steams and other non-explosive and non-fire hazardous, non-toxic mediums, neutral to the product’s main parts material; air and other non-explosive, non-toxic gaseous mediums, neutral to the product’s main parts material; natural gas (without hydrogen sulfide content) and other non-explosive and non-fire hazardous, toxic gaseous mediums, neutral to the product’s main parts material.

Compared to molded or forged gate valves for the similar working environment parameters the products have lower parameters of construction length and weight. Due to this fact the gate valves can be used under the limited conditions with minimal quantity of supports for the pipeline.

Gate valves main parts can be manufactured from different materials (carbon and stainless steel etc) and are to be defined according to the Customer’s technical task.
