Cast iron and steel plug valves are manufactured with nominal diameter Dn50 – Dn150 mm and nominal pressure Pn1,0 MPa.

Plug valves are intended for blocking the working medium. Shutting working element of the tap has a cut cone shape. Due to this plug valves are often called “conical”.

Medium passage during the plug valve opening is provided by a tap cork through hole. At 90 degrees shutter turn the full blocking of working medium flow occurs.

Plug valves are used for liquid and gaseous medium.

Plug valves main parts can be manufactured from different materials (cast iron, carbon and stainless steel etc) and are to be defined according to the Customer’s technical task.
